Summer Interns

Please note that all the positions for 2025 are filled. We do not have space for additional summer interns for 2025.

These are typically short-term positions that are discussed in advance. We will update this page as the positions become available/unavailable. To inquire about an available position, please email Pratik.

Your email subject should mention “summer internship”, and it should include:

• CV: a PDF version of your updated CV
• Dates: your preferred duration of stay and tentative start date
• Accomodation: one sentence on whether you want to live on campus or off campus
• Funding: one sentence on whether you have personal funding to support your living expenses during your stay at NCBS
• Career goals: two sentences
• Experience: any relevant experience(s)
• Expectations from the lab: 2–3 sentences

Please note that previous experience is not essential, and institutional funding for summer interns are generally limited.
